I get it, all the worries, regrets and fears turned to busy clutter of the mind, like a messy house that is always nagging you, keeping you from your joy.
I have found a method that works really well in freeing myself from the clutter, especially effective if practiced every day and at each moment you notice the noisy clutter or anxiousness. Try accepting the clutter, in fact learn to love the clutter, after all, it's you mind trying to protect you, love the clutter so you can let it go, say thank you, but i don't need these things anymore, then imagine opening a window and letting all these lovely, busy, little bees (or sparrows or seagulls etc.) free, see them fly away, growing smaller and smaller as the distance between you and them grows until all that remains are tiny little dots in a blue sky, completely disappearing from sight, and you are left only with the quiet calmness of a warm summer sky painted in periwinkle and white cloud--breathe, be, smile :)
